2.2 Harm to Minors

• Groom, sexualize, or inappropriately interact with minors
• Expose minors to inappropriate content
• Collect personal information from minors without parental consent

• Make credible threats of physical harm
• Glorify or encourage self-harm or suicide
• Coordinate or facilitate harmful real-world activities

2.4 Harassment and Abuse

• Create accounts to evade blocks or bans

• Promote supremacist ideologies
• Deny well-documented historical atrocities

2.6 Deceptive and Fraudulent Practices

You may not use the Services to:

• Engage in phishing, social engineering, or scams
• Spread misinformation or disinformation
• Manipulate or interfere with elections
• Create synthetic media for deceptive purposes
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

2.7 Privacy Violations

You may not use the Services to:

• Share intimate images without consent
• Engage in unauthorized surveillance

3.3 Manipulation and Abuse

4. AI-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS

4.1 Misuse of AI Outputs

You may not use AI-generated content from our Services to:

• Generate academic work for submission as your own

• Make automated decisions affecting legal rights
• Replace professional services where expertise is required

4.2 Prompt Injection and Manipulation

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass AI safety measures
• Use prompts designed to produce harmful outputs
• Try to extract training data or model information
• Manipulate the AI to violate its guidelines
• Use the Services to test AI vulnerabilities

4.3 Automated Usage

You may not:

• Use automated means to access the Services without permission
• Create API wrappers or unofficial interfaces
• Resell or sublicense access to the Services
• Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Exceed usage limits through any means

5. CONTENT STANDARDS

5.1 Sexual Content

You may not use the Services to:

• Create, share, or request sexually explicit content
• Engage in sexual conversations with the AI
• Generate content sexualizing real individuals
• Share pornographic or adult content
• Solicit sexual services or encounters

5.2 Violent and Graphic Content

You may not use the Services to:

• Share graphic violence or gore
• Provide instructions for harmful activities
• Generate detailed violent scenarios
• Glorify or sensationalize violence
• Create content that could traumatize others

5.3 Dangerous and Regulated Content

You may not use the Services to:

• Obtain instructions for creating weapons or explosives
• Generate content about illegal drug production
• Seek methods for self-harm or suicide
• Circumvent safety measures or regulations
• Access information for harmful purposes

6. COMMERCIAL USE RESTRICTIONS

6.1 Unauthorized Commercial Activities

Without explicit permission, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute the Services
• Use the Services for commercial spam
• Operate unauthorized businesses through the Services
• Charge others for access to your account
• Use outputs for commercial purposes beyond your subscription tier

6.2 Professional Services

You may not use the Services as a replacement for:

• Licensed medical or mental health services
• Legal advice or representation
• Financial or investment advice
• Professional therapy or counseling
• Emergency services

7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

7.1 How to Report

Report violations to:

7.2 Information to Include

When reporting, please provide:

• Description of the violation
• Relevant screenshots or evidence
• Date and time of incident

7.3 Good Faith Reporting

We will not take action against users who report violations in good faith, even if the reported activity is ultimately determined not to be a violation.

8. ENFORCEMENT

8.1 Our Response

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may:

• Issue warnings
• Remove violating content
• Temporarily suspend access
• Permanently terminate accounts
• Report illegal activities to authorities
• Pursue legal action

8.2 Factors Considered

When determining responses, we consider:

• Severity of the violation
• Potential for harm
• User's history and intent
• Pattern of behavior
• Cooperation with investigation

8.3 Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting support@otiumcreations.com within 30 days.

9. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT

9.1 Legal Obligations

We will cooperate with law enforcement and legal authorities when required by law or when we believe in good faith that cooperation is necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect safety and security
• Prevent illegal activities
• Protect our rights and property

9.2 Preservation Requests

We may preserve account information in response to legal preservation requests, pending valid legal process.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.

11. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER AGREEMENTS

This Policy supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. In case of conflict:

• Specific feature terms may provide additional restrictions

12. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

12.2 No Refunds

Users who violate this Policy forfeit any right to refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
