Questions? We've Got Answers.

Everything you need to know about Atlas, Otium, and how this works.

What is Atlas?

Atlas is an emotionally intelligent AI companion that helps you understand how your emotions influence your productivity, relationships, and well-being. It's not a therapist — it's a mirror that helps you see patterns you might be missing.

How is Atlas different from other wellness apps?

Most apps focus on what you should do (meditate, journal, track habits). Atlas focuses on why you're not doing it. We connect your emotional state to your actions, so you can build habits that actually stick.

Is my data private?

Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your conversations are encrypted, never sold, and you control what data we collect. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want.

What's the difference between Core and Studio?

Core is the full Atlas experience for individuals.
Studio is our professional tier with no rate limits, priority support, advanced analytics, and early access to new features. It's designed for therapists, coaches, and power users.

Why are there temporary rate limits on Core?

During our early launch phase, we've added temporary conversation limits (50 messages every 4 hours) to maintain service quality as we scale. These limits will be removed once we're fully ramped up. Studio users never experience limits.

Do you offer discounts for therapists or educators?

We're currently gathering feedback from professionals to shape our offerings. If you're a therapist, coach, or wellness professional, we'd love to hear from you: otiumcreations.com/professionals

What platforms does Atlas work on?

Atlas is available on web, iOS, and Android.

Can I use Atlas with my therapist or coach?

Yes! Many users share insights from Atlas during sessions. Studio tier includes features designed for this, including future export reports.

Is Atlas a replacement for therapy?

No. Atlas is a tool for self-reflection and habit-building, not a replacement for professional mental health support. If you're struggling, please reach out to a licensed therapist.
