Questions? We've Got Answers.

Everything you need to know about Atlas, Otium, and how this works.

About Atlas

What exactly is Atlas?

Atlas is an emotionally intelligent productivity companion. It's not a therapy app, and it's not just another to-do list. It's the bridge between how you feel and what you do — because internal stability is the foundation of external success.

Is Atlas a therapist or therapy replacement?

No. Atlas is a coaching tool, not a licensed therapist. It helps you understand your emotional patterns, build better habits, and stay accountable — but it's not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you're struggling with serious mental health issues, please reach out to a licensed professional.

How does Atlas "understand" my emotions?

Atlas uses advanced AI trained to recognize emotional patterns, language cues, and behavioral signals. Over time, it learns your patterns — what triggers you, what helps you move forward, and when you need redirection. It's not magic. It's emotional intelligence, scaled through technology.

Is this just another chatbot?

No. Most chatbots respond. Atlas understands. It adapts to your tone, recognizes when you're stuck, and guides you from awareness to action. It's empathy with redirection. Compassion with accountability.

Pricing & Commitment

Is there a free trial?

Atlas Free isn't a trial — it's free forever. You can explore the basics (emotion tracking, habit logging, and limited AI chat) without ever paying. When you're ready for the full experience, Core and Studio are there.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts. No penalties. Cancel whenever you want, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If Atlas isn't right for you within the first 14 days, we'll refund you — no questions asked.

Can I switch between tiers?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Your data stays with you, no matter which tier you're on.

Why is Atlas subscription-based?

Because AI isn't free. Every conversation you have with Atlas costs us real money in processing power. Monthly subscriptions let us keep improving Atlas, adding features, and making sure the experience stays exceptional.

Privacy & Security

Is my data private?

Yes. Completely. Your conversations, emotions, and habits are fully encrypted and stored securely. We don't sell your data. We don't share it. It's yours.

Can anyone else see what I write in Atlas?

No. Your private reflection space and all your data are visible only to you. Not even the Otium team can access your personal information unless you explicitly give us permission (like for troubleshooting).

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You own your data. You can export it or delete it at any time from your account settings.

Results & Effectiveness

How long before I see results?

Most users notice shifts within the first week — more clarity, better focus, less time wasted on what doesn't matter. But real transformation takes commitment. Atlas works when you show up consistently.

What if Atlas doesn't work for me?

Atlas works best for people who are genuinely ready to understand themselves and take action. If you're looking for quick fixes or passive motivation, this probably isn't for you. But if you're willing to do the work, Atlas will guide you through it. And if it's truly not the right fit, we offer a 14-day refund — no hard feelings.

Do I need to use Atlas every day?

You don't have to, but daily use is where the magic happens. Rituals, tracking, and emotional awareness compound over time. The more you engage, the more you grow.

Can Atlas help with [specific goal]?

Atlas isn't goal-specific — it's designed to help you understand yourself so you can achieve any goal more effectively. Whether you want to be more productive, less anxious, more focused, or more grounded, Atlas helps you get there by connecting your emotions to your actions.

Technical & Practical

What platforms is Atlas available on?

Atlas is currently being developed for web, iOS, and Android. We're working on expanding to more platforms soon.

Does Atlas work offline?

Not yet. Atlas requires an internet connection to process conversations and sync your data. Offline mode is on our roadmap.

Can I export my data?

Yes, if you're on Atlas Studio. You can export your full history, insights, and analytics anytime.

Will you add more features?

Absolutely. Atlas is constantly evolving. Studio users get early access to new features before anyone else.

Who Atlas Is For

Who is Atlas for?

Atlas is for determined people who want to grow but struggle with accountability. It's for working professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, and students who know what they want to do but need help actually doing it. If you care about understanding yourself and channeling your energy into what matters, Atlas is for you.

Is Atlas only for people with emotional struggles?

No. Atlas is for anyone who wants to be more intentional with their time and energy. You don't need to be "struggling" to benefit. Even high performers use Atlas to stay grounded and focused.

I'm already productive. Do I need Atlas?

If you're productive but feel scattered, burnt out, or like you're working hard but not on what truly matters — yes. Atlas helps you work smarter by aligning your emotions with your actions.

About Otium

What does "Otium" mean?

Otium is Latin for purposeful leisure — time spent not in idleness, but in meaningful reflection and creation. It's the space where transformation happens. That's what we're building.

What's the vision beyond Atlas?

Atlas is the first app in a trilogy. We're also building The Creative Cure (emotional wellness through creativity) and Ether (advanced personal development combining AI and behavioral psychology). Together, they form a connected ecosystem for emotional intelligence, creativity, and growth.

Who built Atlas?

Atlas was built by Rima and Jason, co-founders of Otium Creations. We built it because we needed it — and because we believe technology should enhance humanity, not replace it.
